my baby is 2 years and 4 months old..he got some red spots on his thigh and leg....which is itchy. I want to know the reason of these spots..what is the treatment....is it can be spread all over the body...please advise...?photo is attachedp

my suggestion will be to visit the doctor and accordingly follow the treatment..
maintain hygiene
you can use lacto calamine lotion on rashes
