Q.

my baby is 2 years and 3 months old she is having cough from 3days. Today she has mild fever also.

A. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the tgdype of cough. if fever is there paracetamol can be vgiven to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

A. Hi mom Give indirect steam to ur baby two three times a day and apply babyhug rapid relief babyrub or vicks babyrub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough. u can give paracetamol for fever if the fever is 99.5F or above.
