A. hi are you giving iron supplements ? if yes then it is normal to get such stains please clean your child teeth after giving the iron medicine. and if you are not giving it ,it must be a result of calcium deficiency ,please brush your child teeth using low flouride toothpaste twice in a day. give calcium rich diet more.
