Q.

my baby is 2 years 5 months ..she is having continuous 102 and 103 temperature...so please doctor suggests me..what to do in this case....i am giving meftal 3 ml also ..then also there is no change in reducing temperature...

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours againbk if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.v cold sponging of the wvhole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
