my baby is 2 years 3 months old ....but yet he is not speak...he says only papa nd ma

A. Hai good evening !! By one and half years age baby starts speaking words ,by 2 years they start small 2 word sentences too. As baby is 2 years + only speaking papa,maa might be speech issues also check if baby achieving all other milestones,giving direct eye contact,mingling with kids or not. Check with Developmental paediatrician or speech therapist .
