my baby is 2 years 1 month since some days I notices some white spots appeared on his face.can you please help me with it?

She usually white spots are associated with dryness or deficiency of calcium in the body you’ll have to confirm with your doctor because there are number of other reasons also which can be associated with this so doctors can confirm and can advise you with the right treatment to follow
