for weight gain, panner, ghee, fruit milk shakes, dry fruits , legumes such as rajma ,chana, etc ,eggs, chicken, sago, soya etc
AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy10 months agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Supplements can only be given only after medical consultation. Please give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup to the baby. Please give banana shake and ragi porrige to the baby. Please give lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds to the baby on daily basis. Please limit soda and juices and high fat foods like chips or biscuits or cakes etc.
