My baby is 2 year old.. she is having fever since yesterday and we are giving her P-120 syrup. But since today she is not eating anything nor taking milk, for which she never says no. It seems she is having ulcer in mouth. What should be given?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 weeks agoA. Loss of appetite is very common to be seen with kids when they are having fever or when you giving too many medicines which is normal so try to look for something more liquid in the diet which is easy for the child to digest and beyond what you were giving
