if the consistency is hard and the child is having pain while passing stool it is considered as constipation.
give plenty of water and fibre diet to the child
it is important to give fibre diet from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits3
avoid giving more than 400 ml milk everyday and avoid giving packet and processed foods as well as biscuits and refined food
adding paepaya , fennel seeds water , oats pear prunes pineapple banana kishmish to the regular diet will help in decreasing constipation.
NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello give child flyids well in the diet and also include fruits especially banana and papaya and include fibre rich food in the diet and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
