My baby is 2 year old boy and he have worm problems.He have sleep disturbances and constipation.What can I do for this

Give a proper deworming medication which is what is going to be helpful for the child and maybe the discomfort is either because of worms in the tummy or could be associated with teeth also so you can comfort the child according to the requirement after confirming the reason behind it
