My baby is 2 n half and having running nose Can i give cetrizine hydrochloride abd anbroxol syrup twice daily 2.5 mg

That’s okay not a problem I just hope that you are giving the paediatric version of the medication then it is not an issue and the amount as per the age of the child seems fine but also would depend upon the weight and twice in a day is fine enough
