My baby is 2 months old, she sometimes cries loudly when I held her up to burp , I don’t know reason. I think it must be her neck. Please help

So what is the problem with the neck can you please explain because when you lift the child you have to give a proper support to the neck and back of your child as that is very important so if you felt that your child was crying there’s any problem that’s happened with the during that time you please check with your doctor
