My baby is 2 months old she passed watery yellow stool 10 - 12 times a day or with flatus also is it diarrhoea ? And what I do for prevent this

A. if the smell and the consistency of the stool is changed and the baby is not feeding by then if there is any other problem like fever and vomiting then it is considered as some infection otherwise it is normal in this age
