Q.
My baby is 2 months old. initially doctor suggested me top feed along with breastfeed as my milk production is low. Now how could I check whether my breast feed is itself sufficient for my baby or not..?

Colorless and odourless urine minimum 6-7 times a day.
If you have a good supply of milk then then the baby seeming lethargic and calm while feeding can be a sign that the tummy is full n indicate bm is sufficient
If the baby is fussy after feeds, then his/hunger little tummy is still hungry.

you have suffient breast milk for your baby?
u are follow some foods thats small fishes, garlic, and add more vegitarian food also then u take goat leg soup... naturally increase u r breast milk and suffient to take milk in your baby.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good evening if after having mothers milk the baby is able to get a birth and even without formula milk consumption the child is able to pass urine sufficient number of times throughout the day than you don't have to worry

if you're child is happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food then no need to worry about this matter
please continue with breast milk
otherwise I suggest you A2 Desi cow milk for your child
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
