Q.

my baby is 2 months old....i observe phlegm like substance coming out of his mouth,I can hear the sound while drinking milk also he is snoring in sleep..how can I reduce it naturally and plz suggest what kind of foods should I avoid so that he will not suffer from this

A. Hello mom This can be because of congestion in such a case you should definitely consult with your doctor about it because your doctor can only advise you well after examining baby. You should not give any sort of medication to your baby till it is not advised by Dr. If baby is nose is blocked then you can use nasal clear drops to clean it
