My baby is 2 months old. He is having cold from many days so doctor has prescribed me maxtra oral drops. AND today his voice is also hoarse or rough. how long will it take to recover? And suggest some home remedies also. Is maxtra for cough also

A. this means that the child is having allergic cough and cold so if the problem continues meet your doctor who will assess the child and tell you whether anti allergic medicine needs to be given or not

A. kindly give this medicine on as and when required basis and give nasal saline drops for nasal blockage kindly give nasal saline drops every three hourly and since it is a salt water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and try to prevent temperature variations on the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor
