my baby is 2 months old during bath I observed a patch like something on head similar to dandruff...what to do right now am using himalaya shampoo

don't try to remove.
massage scalp with coconut oil twice or thrice a day.
once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child or post your question again with attached picture of your child

Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question if it is cradle cap then I would suggest please go ahead and apply SPOO shampoo this will help a take care of the dandruff issue and once again you can start using Himalaya shampoo once it is sorted just make sure that you are applying coconut oil before bath and never after bath this will help take care manage the dandruff issues
