Q.

my baby is 2 months old and sneezing a lot today. However there no nasal blockage or running nose. but there is some mucus present in left side of the nose. is this a symptom of having cold? what should be done to get relief from it?

A. Cold is most of the time because of any viral infection thcdat is flu infection you can give some decongestant like syrup ascoril flu also steam inhalation can be given consult your doctor for more guidance

Hi mommy Use saline nasal drops Give indirect steam inhalation Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
