My baby is 2 months old and she is having tears in her eyes from past two days. What may be the cause

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello parent your kids 2 months old and is having tearing of these are the reason may be because of narrow lacrimal duct with request gentle massage from eyes to nose are it may be a cause of common cold

young babies don't have fully developed tear ducts
so usually it is normal.
just give massage from inner sides of eyes to tip of nose .
don't apply kajal or anything.
clean your child eyes with fresh tap water
maintain good hygiene.
