Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. not due to ice cream the air which the child takes along with feeding goes from the oral cavity to the stomach and then to the intestine and then througvh the anal canal getting mixed with the the stool giving a foamy appearance to the stool. if if the child is not having any other complaints then there is no need to worry about this appearance.
