Q.
my baby is 2 months and 12days old. since few days she usually passes stool every day once and was normal poop. But today she passed 3 times and the texture is like watery and slimy. I am only breastfeeding her. If there is anything to worry about it.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. it is totally normal for small children less than 6 months of age not to pass stool for 10 days also.
it is also normal if they are passing stool more than 6 or 7 times per day. d
if the consistency of the stool is Semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as the colour (the colour can raxnge from yellow brown green to black) of the stool.
also straining while passing urine and stool is normal.
Do burping for 15 to 20 minutes x

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. This is normal, Breastfed poop typically looks like Dijon mustard and may be dotted with little seed-like flecks. Interestingly, it smells slightly sweet. There are many shades of normal when it comes to breastfed baby poop. One you might see is a greener tone, which could signify that you ate something different than you normally do.
