Q.

My baby is 2 months 22 days old, there is a crackling sound from his throat, I called him Dr. Showed it too but to no avail.

A. they are respiratory secretions which is present in the narrow respiratory tract of the child. the sound of ghar... ghar.. is present when air passes over these secretions in the narrow respiratory tract. if the respiratory rate of the child is within normal limits and the child is not having any other complaints do not worry about the sound which is present due to respiratory secretions.g if you feel that the child is having some difficulty in breathing you can always give nasal saline drops in the nasal cgavity which will wash away the mucus present in the nasal cavity as well as the respiratory tract. the problem improve with increasing age of the child when there is broadening of the respiratory tract

If it is coming out of the throat of the child then you should consult an ENT doctor ones near the doctor would be able to judge it correctly by assessing your child properly so in this case it is very important to consult a Doctor Who specialises in this area that’s going to be an ENT doctor for youWrite Your Answer Here
