my baby is 2 month old when he drink milk from his stomach I hear some noise why is it so

A. Mam usually a little bit of sounds are common to be heard when the child is taking a feed or in general case also if you feel the sounds are much or they are disturbing in any manner then you can take an assessment with the doctor
