My baby is 2 month old, on exclusive breast feed , doing green poop from last 3 days

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies and mostly it may be due to less feeding. or formulak milk feeding. If it is associated with mucous and foul smell than there could be some infection.
