Q.

My baby is 2 month old. His urine culture test shows presence of E-coli bacteria. Moreover presence of WBC:6-8/HPF,RBC:0-1,epithelial:2-4. what is the reason for it?? I. alsked for further clarification. bcz i alreaady consulted with doctor. Can u suggest???

A. Need to give proper antibiotic dosage further about this you can get guided properly by consulting your nearby doctor to get relevant information and get all your doubts cleared which will be a better approach for this in a proper way it becomes difficult to explain here in details without proper examination
