my baby is 2 month old he having lot of abdominal pain.can i give him anafortan-r syrup.( dosage )please reply me doctor

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. baby is very small This is natural in small babies they will be having pain in the stomach because of gas please give colicaid drops to the baby e 0.5 ml three times a day regularly it is safe no need to worry
