A. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required. In children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avo chid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep. toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

A. Its Very normal for a child and this is the sleep cycle is very much unpredictable which is why it’s very difficult to suggest you anything as of now you’ll have to bear all these things as of now because if the child is used to staying awake that’s very normal slowly gradually only the battle of the child sleep is going to change
