my baby is 2 month old and his stool test reducing substances is positive what is that meaning and that is normal or any issue

A. m already used isomil formula milk so that is ok or not or that reducing substances positive condition is serious or not to worry

A. Hello, your baby girl is 2 months old and her stools is positive for lactose sugar mean she should not be given any milk which contains lactose sugar but lactose free formula milk
