My baby is 2 month now, he is having yellow discharge from belly button like attached in image? Is it normal ? our doctor has given antibiotic for this but we avoid that for now. Can you suggest anything on this

A. no. can be infection. see when there are skin lesions you cant comment online. best approach will be to show to to a near by doctor who can give opinion n treat.
