my baby is 2 month I have very little milk production so how to increase milk production for my baby plz suggest me.Now she is taking bottle milk

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Include jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats, milk etc in ur diet to increase bm. Sterlize the bottle after every use to avoid infection in stomach. U cab buy #Babyhug anti colic bottles that are BPA free and will help to get relief from gas issues.
