My baby is 2 month and 7 days old..he is making sound from chest and neck is it normal or should I consult with doctor

A. can be nromal sounds . this as per the details mentioned by you right now as of seems to be normal and hence for now there appears to be no need to worry about this issue at all as it looks to be fine now .

A. Can be cold. If it continues, I feel It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now.
