my baby is 2 mnth old, wo ab tk hr 2 din pe potty krta tha, fir uska pet bigar gya or ek din me 12 potty kia, aisa wo2 din kia, uske baad wo hr roj milk pita h or potty krta h, hr roj 5-6 baar feed karati hu or wo utne time potty bhi kr deta h, aisa kyu h???

Potty after Every Meal could be because of many reasons like some chronic infection which would be amoebiasis or indigestion or could be habitual also so it needs proper assessment to rule out the cause. but if the smell colour and consistency of the motion is nnmormal and there is no other problem like fever or vomiting you should not worry for now .
you can give probiotic darolac 2 times a day and consult doctor if problem continues.
