my baby is 2.9 yr old.if we feeding over food ,can it cause bad stool ?? also stool have mucus??

Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. baby is having digestion problem and seems like mild infection in stomach also, add banana, papaya in morning, curd , buttermilk in her diet and give plenty of fluids to your baby.
also cam give ors solution for day or two it will cure in mild infection if not seen improvement do consult with your pediatrician regarding this once
