my baby is 2.6 years old.Can I give potatoes daily Is anything happening if I give him.please let me know

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 6 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello mama yes u can give potatoes daily to the child .. There is no problem in that...potatoes help in weight gaining. u can give potatoes made with different vegatables like aloo paneer ,aloo gobhi , aalo shimla mirch etc
