my baby is 2.5month old I want to know how to use breast pump and wat is d difference between manual and electric pumps and which company is gud

ExpertShyamala SathiaseelanLactation Educator and Counselor5 years agoA. Dear Mamma, are you a working outside home mother? if so usually a double or even a single electric pump is recommended.. A manual pump is more hard work but about ten times cheaper
You can also try hand expressing as some mothers find that easy and comfortable

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl5 years agoA. Hi, manual pumping is you have to pump the milk. Electric pump is it automatically pumps out the milk. You can use pigeon manual pump as per my experience it was good and worth. Since your baby is 2.5 month old it is better to feed baby directly through breast which is good for you and your baby. Avoid pump until and unnecessary it is important. Because if you have not cleaned the pump properly it might lead to infection.
