my baby is 2.5 years old.. she has started doing yellow mushy poop and has become a but cranky… given enterogermina… didnt help please guide

A. hi seems like indigestion + bacterial infection so please give homemade curd , buttermilk to your child more. keep him well hydrated. maintain good hygine using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
