my baby is 2.5 year old. from some days she is pooping with gas and her appetite is continuously decreasing. what could be the possible reason

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom as you have mentioned she is pooping with gas that indicates gas issues zz also kindly check for her stool output as well too .does it have a sour smell or so ? Give her some tummy time and also give some ajwain or saunf water .
