A. hi your baby is 2.5 months old now black spots in stool can either indicate stomach infection or can be due to some medicine supplements like iron supplements it's advisable to get stool investigation done

Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Continue feeding your baby well on demand.
