My baby is 2.5 month old she takes a big nap of 10 hours i do dream feed every 3 hours but either time she doesnt sleep much she sleep 10 min and weak-up she takes feed and play is this normal

A. dear mum , can u clarify baby tajes long naps at the same time your cincern is thatvbaby does not sleep much baby shd b breastfed on demand if 24 hr urine output n wt gain is normal , active baby dont worry
