My baby is 2.5 month old . I had cow milk . EBF . From then she started passing stool with slight blood strains sometimes. Is that infection and when it will get rid of and what is the treatment

A. it is not advisable to give cows milk to the baby until the baby is more than one year of age it is always advisable to give only mothers feeding if it is not sufficient give formula milk

A. The answer is simple: Young infants cannot digest cow's milk as completely or easily as they digest formula. Also, cow's milk contains high concentrations of protein and minerals, which can stress a newborn's immature kidneys and cause severe illness at times of heat stress, fever, or diarrhea.
