My baby is 2.5 month old his face look oily, skin tone is dull and having pimples in her face hand and leg, don't know why

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. common in babies self limiting nfor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children2 years agoA. skin tone is dull.. you can use Babyhug face and full body cream or Babyhug baby skin care products.. some pimples rashes boils appears and disappear on their own with out any attention maintain hygiene
