Q.
my baby is 2.4 years she didn't pass stool properly but when I use pixit syrup she passes stool normally so what will be the proper suggesting

ExpertDr Arti SharmaPaediatrician7 years agoA. Diets high in fat or protein or defficient in bulk cause constipation. You may increase the amount of cereal ,vegetables and fruits. And ensure good fluid intake. black raisins is helpful You can soak black raisins in water overnight and bring it to boil. Give this water to him Try broccoli, beans, peaches ,papaya and prunes. They help. Encourage physical activity and play. For medicine consult Paediatrician

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old child7 years agoA. hello...once child wakes up try giving warm water...give this daily...also before child sleeps it is good to give this helps in digestion too...avoid syrups daily it is not good...better check with your doctor

Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children7 years agoA. Give plenty of water and also buttermilk coconut water etc to the baby. Give a fibre rich diet to the baby. Include beetroot papaya kishmish salads guava in his diet. Give banana smoothie the first thing in the morning Give a teaspoon of honey with some warm water in the morning. Can give a few drops of castor oil in some milk in the night
