my baby is 1yr and 2m old. i am still continuing breastfeeding but in the day time can i introduce cow's milk. if yes means, i have to give original cow's milk or i can give aavin packet milk?

A. Hello dear parent, yes of course ypu can introduce cow milk to your baby post 1 year of age. Breast feeding is important till baby's 6 months of age. Beyond that you can start with semi solid and formula milk and cow milk after 1 year of age. So no problem . Good luck and take care
