my baby is 1yr 6months still he is having breastfeed ,so which milk is good for him ,cow milk or formula milk

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. hello mom from the age of 1 you can now stop formula milk and any animal or plant source milk can be given to them. cows milk is most prefered as it is quite similar to mothers milk
