HemaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. strictly no cows milk for baby below 2 years . since the baby's digestive system is still developing please avoid giving cows milk to the baby . as per WHO baby should be given only breast milk Or formula milk to the baby till they turn 2 years old. if you are not able to breastfeed your 1.6 years old baby please start with a good formula which has all the nutrients. my nephew was 15 months old when our doctor suggested us to start with Aptamil Gold stage 2, he is achieving all the development milestones on time and is a active baby. I would highly suggest you to check with your doctor

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hi dear
It is safe though, to give cow's milk to children after they're 1 year old. A child who is 1 or 2 years old should only drink whole milk. This is because the fat in whole milk is needed for your child's developing brain. After 2 years old, children can drink low-fat milk or even skim milk if they are overweight.
