my baby is 1year,one day she passes very hard stool .what should I feed her.what is the reason.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. dear to avoid hard stools include fibre in the child's diet from whole grains , pulses, sprouts, beans, green leafy vegetables, soaked dry fruits like dates ,black raisins avoid formula feeding give water in between meals
