my baby is 1year old now. I feed him solids like rice daal and veggies however he intakes aptamil3rd stage. I would like to know if I can start of with cow's milk what quantity should I start with?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, definitely you can start now giving cow milk.. Limit your child's milk intake to 16 ounces (480 milliliters) a day. give in this quantity after diluting with equal part of water
