my baby is 1year and 2 months old.but he is last 3day not eating food only feeding why?

A. if baby was eating properly earlier and now since last three days he is avoiding food then it can be due to any reason please observe other indications also like if baby is less active, not taking sleep properly , how's his motion etc if find any of above do consult with your doctor regarding this once
