Q.

My baby is 1month old and unable to latch properly.. I am having sore nipples and expressing milk and giving him.. and he is also on formula but once or twice a day… I tried all the positions to make him latch but nothing is working out..please help me

A. you can use in nipple shield to feed the baby you at present expressed milk for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given

Q. Hi, I have a 3 week old baby. He is on mixed feed as he is unable to latch properly. He doesnt get his tongue out for breast feeding and ends up biting for extracting milk which is resulting in sore and cracked nipples and red areola, where as for bottle he uses upper jaw and the tongue. How can I make him latch properly and train him to get his tongue outside?? I have smaller breasts and nipples incase that helps in giving instructions..
