My baby is 19 months old wakes up frequent at night cries , 4 to 5 times what can be the reason is is gas ? What should I do

Yes it can be associated with gas hunger or stomach pain also so it would be good for you to get examined by the doctor once physically and then go ahead with what your doctor has to recommend you on top of that I need medicine or anything which will be helpful
